We started with one simple frustration.
Tissue is the most ordinary product in the country. Nobody thinks about it — until the shelf is empty, the pallet is late, or the quality drops halfway through a delivery. Buyers were being asked to choose between price, reliability and quality, and rarely getting all three.
So in 2020 we built Midland Tissue Company to close that gap. UK production, UK stock, UK people answering the phone. No long import lead times, no guessing when the container lands, no compromise on what ends up in the customer's hand.
